YOZMA EU SUPPORT
Warranty & Legal Guarantee
YOZMA provides a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
For consumers purchasing products in the European Union, this manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable EU consumer law.
Important: Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by the one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Your EU Consumer Rights
EU consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, defective or do not conform to the contract.
If a product does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair or replacement. Depending on the circumstances and applicable national law, you may also be entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
The legal guarantee is provided by the seller and applies independently of any additional manufacturer's or commercial warranty.
National laws in individual EU Member States may provide consumers with additional or longer protection.

01 / Warranty Period & Eligibility
Warranty Period & Terms
Manufacturer Warranty
The YOZMA one-year limited manufacturer's warranty begins on the date the original purchaser receives the bike.
This manufacturer's warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, subject to the terms and exclusions set out below.
Legal Guarantee
For consumers in the European Union, statutory legal guarantee rights apply independently of the manufacturer's warranty.
EU consumer law provides a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods from the date the consumer receives the product. The seller is responsible for bringing goods into conformity where the product does not conform to the contract.
Some EU Member States may provide additional rights or longer periods under national law.
Warranty Registration
The manufacturer's warranty is automatically registered under the original purchaser when the bike is purchased through an authorised YOZMA sales channel.
Regional Coverage
The manufacturer's warranty applies to eligible products purchased through authorised YOZMA sales channels within the designated EU warranty region.
If a product is purchased from or transported to another country or region, the availability and scope of manufacturer warranty support may be subject to the applicable terms and local law.
Transfer of Ownership
The manufacturer's warranty is provided to the original purchaser. Any transfer of ownership does not automatically extend or restart the manufacturer's warranty period.
Statutory consumer rights may differ depending on the applicable national law and the circumstances of the transaction.

- Customers may be asked to follow reasonable troubleshooting or installation instructions.
Where a statutory legal guarantee applies, the seller will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
09 / Warranty Replacement Parts
Replacement parts supplied under the manufacturer's warranty are intended to resolve the original warranty issue.
A replacement part does not restart or extend the original one-year manufacturer's warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
YOZMA may provide the same or an equivalent component where the original component is unavailable.
10 / Unauthorised Modifications & Repairs
Unauthorised modifications or repairs may affect eligibility for the manufacturer's voluntary warranty where they cause or contribute to the reported problem.
Examples include:
