1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?
Yozma IN 10 ebikes are shipped from our German or Italy warehouse, and delivery typically takes 3-15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's or DHL failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support.eu@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

The bikes is all that they promised to be. But on one of the bikes the chain was not put on, it was laying loose in the box and I had to fix a new chainlock, but it worked out.

The bikes are nice and well built. The shipping took five to six weeks so be prepared for that. I had a damaged charger that customer service handled quickly with a new one in a few days. Battery life is good, lasting a couple of hours.
My kids were so excited for these bikes , shipping took a little bit but that’s to be expected because it was Black Friday when we ordered , anytime I emailed them they answered me with the most kindness EVER!! The only thing is WOW those boxes are heavy lol but that’s nothing anyone can control but the only issue we had is we put them together Christmas Day and were missing a bolt to the light in one box and missing the bolt for the shock in another box. So that was a bit of a bummer especially because they are not cheap!!

The IN10 offers three riding modes, allowing riders to easily switch between smooth control and a more dynamic riding experience depending on terrain and riding style.
The 48V/23.4AH lithium battery offers a range of 35–53 miles (56–85 km) depending on load, terrain, speed, and temperature.
Recommended for users 3.94ft - 5.9ft（120 cm-180 cm) tall and aged 16 years and above.
With the included 48V/5A charger, a full charge typically takes 5–6 hours.
Powered by a high-torque direct-drive brushless motor, the IN 10 offers instant throttle response, dynamic acceleration, and excellent hill-climbing ability.
The Yozma IN10 is designed as an off-road electric dirt bike and is not supplied with a Certificate of Conformity (COC). As a result, it is generally not eligible for registration or legal use on public roads within the EU. Riders should only use the vehicle on private land or designated off-road trails and are responsible for complying with all applicable local regulations.
1. Wear Proper Protective Gear
Always wear an approved helmet when riding. Protective gear such as goggles, gloves, elbow and knee pads, and long pants is strongly recommended. Wear lace-up shoes with rubber soles. Do not ride barefoot, in open-toed shoes, or in high heels.
2. Ride Only in Safe and Legal Areas
Do not ride on highways, indoors, on slopes exceeding 30°, or on uneven, slippery, or unfamiliar terrain. Beginners should practice in an open area before riding in public spaces.
3. Operate Responsibly to Minimize Risk
Always hold the handlebars with both hands and avoid high-risk maneuvers. Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, medication, or when unwell. Obey local traffic laws and yield to pedestrians and other road users.
4. Battery Safety and Handling
Do not store batteries in environments above 70°F (21°C) or below 32°F (0°C). Batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Do not throw batteries into fire or dispose of them with household waste.
5. Observe Weight and Weather Limits
Maximum load is 120 kg. The recommended rider weight is approximately 80 kg. Do not ride in rain, storms, fog, or other extreme weather conditions. Avoid water exposure to the motorcycle and battery.
