1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?
Yozma IN 10 ebikes are shipped from our German or Italy warehouse, and delivery typically takes 3-15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's or DHL failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support.eu@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

Zeer slechte ervaring.
Ik heb deze fiets ontvangen, volledig volgens de instructies in elkaar gezet en kwam er direct achter dat hij niet werkt. Vanaf het allereerste moment krijg ik een E08-error op het display. De fiets heeft dus nooit normaal gefunctioneerd.
Om het extra duidelijk te maken: ik heb er nog geen meter mee gereden. Niet één keer kunnen gebruiken. Na het monteren bleek hij direct defect te zijn.
Ik heb uren besteed aan het in elkaar zetten van de fiets, terwijl je ervan uitgaat dat een nieuw product gewoon werkt. In plaats daarvan zit ik met een onbruikbare fiets die vanaf dag één problemen geeft.
Voor het bedrag dat je betaalt verwacht je een werkend product, niet een foutmelding zodra je klaar bent met monteren. Op dit moment ben ik ontzettend teleurgesteld en gefrustreerd. Ik hoop dat dit snel wordt opgelost, maar mijn eerste ervaring met dit product is ronduit slecht.

Purchased the Yozma IN 10 for my son’s 13th birthday and he absolutely loves it! It’s surprisingly fast and powerful.
The battery life ranges from about 3-5 hours depending on how fast he’s going. We love the look of the bike, and overall are very pleased with the performance of the bike.

The IN10 offers three riding modes, allowing riders to easily switch between smooth control and a more dynamic riding experience depending on terrain and riding style.
The 48V/23.4AH lithium battery offers a range of 35–53 miles (56–85 km) depending on load, terrain, speed, and temperature.
Recommended for users 3.94ft - 5.9ft（120 cm-180 cm) tall and aged 16 years and above.
With the included 48V/5A charger, a full charge typically takes 5–6 hours.
Powered by a high-torque direct-drive brushless motor, the IN 10 offers instant throttle response, dynamic acceleration, and excellent hill-climbing ability.
The Yozma IN10 is designed as an off-road electric dirt bike and is not supplied with a Certificate of Conformity (COC). As a result, it is generally not eligible for registration or legal use on public roads within the EU. Riders should only use the vehicle on private land or designated off-road trails and are responsible for complying with all applicable local regulations.
1. Wear Proper Protective Gear
Always wear an approved helmet when riding. Protective gear such as goggles, gloves, elbow and knee pads, and long pants is strongly recommended. Wear lace-up shoes with rubber soles. Do not ride barefoot, in open-toed shoes, or in high heels.
2. Ride Only in Safe and Legal Areas
Do not ride on highways, indoors, on slopes exceeding 30°, or on uneven, slippery, or unfamiliar terrain. Beginners should practice in an open area before riding in public spaces.
3. Operate Responsibly to Minimize Risk
Always hold the handlebars with both hands and avoid high-risk maneuvers. Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, medication, or when unwell. Obey local traffic laws and yield to pedestrians and other road users.
4. Battery Safety and Handling
Do not store batteries in environments above 70°F (21°C) or below 32°F (0°C). Batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Do not throw batteries into fire or dispose of them with household waste.
5. Observe Weight and Weather Limits
Maximum load is 120 kg. The recommended rider weight is approximately 80 kg. Do not ride in rain, storms, fog, or other extreme weather conditions. Avoid water exposure to the motorcycle and battery.
